Celine Dion To Participate In Concert Marking Quebec City’s 400th Birthday
Celine Dion, who was born in Quebec, has announced she will participate in Quebec City’s 400th anniversary celebrations that will be held next year. The performer is to sing during a free outdoor concert that is scheduled for August 22 on the historic Plains of Abraham. The show is among the highlights of the city’s birthday activities, that will also include tailor-made performances by the Cirque du Soleil and writer-director Robert Lepage.
